We awarded our second $5,000 community grant this year to the Heart of Virginia Free Clinic to fund a program to purchase dental appointments for uninsured free clinic patients from local dental care providers. Pancake Breakfast a rousing success
We had great attendance at our pancake breakfast on December 3rd at the Woodland Community Center. Built a lot of community spirit, and the kids enjoyed seeing Santa. Proceeds benefitted Operation Blue Christmas, an effort by our local police department to bless disadvantaged kids with a great Christmas. Thanks to our Happy Hour members for organizing this.
